Terms of service.

Before commissioning me please keep in mind, I am one person who has a life outside of art and I have other things to do aswell as other commissions to work on. I have autism & adhd aswell as other disabilities that impact my focus on work as well as my motivation to do work, please keep this in mind and be patient with me. Due to these things I have an estimated finish time of 1 week to 3 months. This could increase depending on complexity of art and current life situation, I often do not work on art when I am not motivated or feeling creative since I will likely be unhappy with the result, and I want commissioners to receive my best work. Because of the wait time for commissions I encourage requesting updates or refunds if you are unhappy with how long your commission is taking. I will always send commissioners updates/check in's myself aswell, especially if something comes up that could increase the wait. Despite wait times my commissions will always get completed.Payment for commissions is sent via PayPal, venmo or cashapp.By commissioning D1G1T4LD0G you are commissioning me for my art style and my artistic interpretation of your character (your characters colors, markings, species and important details will not be changed).If you are seeking a specific level of artistic detail that I do not think I can fulfill I will not take you on as a client.Clients will not be added to my queue until payment has been received in full.Prices are subject to change and/or increase with commission complexity and detail. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide a refund to the client at any time for any reason. If the client requests a refund after the art has been started they will not receive the entirety of payment back, the percent will depend on how much art has been finished.Once the first work in progress picture of your commission has been delivered you may request one complete re-do, and unlimited changes to the already existing details of the piece. If details specified in the original commission are missing from the piece, please feel free to request additions. If there are additional details, items, etc., not originally listed in the commission, depending on the level of complexity, items, or details, may require additional payment, but nothing will be added without an agreed upon price.Once the piece is flat-colored you will receive a flat-color proof. At this point I will only make changes if I have missed markings or details of your commission. Nothing can be added without additional fees applying.One final proof is sent after flat-color is applied. Once the piece is fully shaded and/or rendered, I will not make any changes.If you have any questions please direct message me.
